It was a great day for golf and the 2nd round of the 2BBB Championship was contested.
The course was the popular Links Shell Cove, the weather was glorious albeit a little windy and the sun was shining.
The course itself was in outstanding condition with lush fairways and fast undulating greens.
Congratulations to all winners and especially a brilliant round by Claude Poletti who scored 49 individual points which saw Claude & Steve Vaughn secure the outright win for the day and in the 2024 2BBB Championship with a combined score of 93 for both rounds.
Runners up where John Varrica & Johnny MacDonald with 88 points. This is now 3 years in a row as bridesmaids for the unfancied duo.
Winners for the days 2bbb were Steve Vaughn & Clauade Poletti with 50pts.
Runners up were Phil Heaton & Bob Mallia with a great score of 46 points.
The Guzzlers were Seb Ares & Mark McSwiney shooting a very respectable 45points.
The Bradmans today are suffering from deja vu as they once again tailed the field with the lowly score of 33 points.
