Brighton Lakes – 2 Ball Aggregate
A cracking day to start of the 2024 season. The course was in great shape and with management allowing us to play from the members tees, it made for a much harder test than usual. In the end, 20 players managed to show up for this 2 ball aggregate event and we thank them for helping us to avoid a fine for the lower than required numbers.
The winners today were Steve Floyd and Peter Davis with a score of 65 points.
Runners up were Craig Franklin & Santo Sammarco with a “finger licking” score of 63 points.
The guzzlers were Jay Krishna & Rossco Hamer with 60 points.
The first Bradmans of 2024 were the deserving team of Manny Petris & Ken Tyne with a score of 50 points.
Thanks to Joy Mesuria and his helpers today for organising a great event and thanks to our new Handicapper Seb Ares, who managed to produce his first hcp file without too much drama and on time.
Next week we will be at Macqurie Links for the annual International Cup which will be a matchplay format between the aussies and internationals and the days event will be Individual Stableford. Stay tuned for the booking sheet.
