2021 CYPRESS LAKES TOUR CHAMPION: JOHN VARRICA [115 AGGREGATE POINTS]
2021 Cypress Lakes Tour Results :
The 6th tour championship has been run and won and a great time had by all attending.
The weather was a little fresh at times and the golf course was terrific and at its challenging best and as usual we were looked after very well by the resort staff.
Before announcing the results, I’d like to thank the team of Claude Poletti, Steve Vaughn and Mark McDonald for their great work which ensured that the event ran like a well oiled machine.
The 2021 champion is John Varrica with a 3 round aggregate score of 115 points. John has worked hard to overcome his swing yips and is once again starting to see some good results.
RUNNER UP: MICHAEL KABALAN [112 PTS]
The runner up was Michael Kabalan who was attending his first tour shooting 112 points.
3RD PLACE: mARK McSWINEY [109 PTS]
In 3rd place was Mark McSwiney who led by 4 points coming into the last round but having too much of a great time didn’t agree with his golf and ultimately shot 109 pts.
Congratulations to all the other winners and to the entire group for the great camaraderie and for behaving themselves impeccably during the event.
