Great turn up today with 27 players and 3 visitors.
The course was friendly for some and ugly for others.
For those who it was friendly posted scores in the sixties.
Congratulations to Mick McCarney on scoring a Nett 62 off a 22 Hcp in winning outright today.
Also, congratulations to all the following Grade winners.
A-grade winner was Michael Kabalan [ 16] 65 nett c/b
B-grade winner was Brian Craven [21] 67 nett c/b
C-grade winner was Phil Heaton [26] 64 nett
Guzzlers cup- Mitchell Floyd [14] 65 nett c/b
Today we had 1 disqualification for a breach of the Stroke play rules by picking up their ball instead of putting out.
This wouldn’t be an issue for Stableford play, but today’s event was Stroke.
Please keep this in mind for the next 2 rounds.
Yes we are recording Stableford for every round in the Championships and this for handicapping purposes ONLY.
